Overview

Beth is an associate at Vivacqua Crane with a focus on patent preparation and prosecution. Beth has experience in a broad range of technologies including engines, exhaust systems, mechanical devices, nanocrystalline materials, polymers, textiles, garments, consumer products, medical devices, semiconductor materials, void pantograph technology, and mineral recovery. Beth also has experience in the preparation and prosecution of design patents, foreign patent prosecution, trademarks, and portfolio management.

Beth graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center, now UNH School of Law, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering from UMass Lowell. Beth is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and New Hampshire Bar.
